Amber is a Federal agent who has broken into the house of a known fraudster. She is seeking a specific piece of evidence which will put him away for life, but while she is searching the man she is investigating returns. He holds her up and makes her lift her shirt to confirm that she is not wearing a wire. Saying he does not know what he is going to do with her, he forces Amber to kneel and he sets about tying her up (all tying is done on camera). He binds her wrists, booted ankles and thighs, then gags her and leaves her to struggle.
