TV anchor Marie Morningstar is looking on her computer for information on criminal activity when she finds a story on the Evil Binder attempting to take over the city. She stands and transforms herself into Miss Mastermind. As Miss Mastermind searchs the lair of the Evil Binder, she is attacked from behind with a cloth held against her face, forcing her to pass out. The Evil Binder wants to find out her true identity, so he attempts to remove her mask, only to find that it can't be removed. So, he decides to try some other techniques to get her to reveal her identity. Binder removes Miss Mastermind's boots and her denfensive bracelets. Miss Masterminds awakens to find herself bound to a chair. As she struggles to free herself, the Evil Binder comes in and asks her to reveal her identity. When she refuses he gropes her tits as she yells at him to stop. So, he grabs a cloth and stuffs her mouth with it, using another cloth wrapped between her teeth to keep her quiet. Then he ties her toes together and ties them back so he can torture her feet. He uses a small, pointed bamboo rod to slap the soles of her feet as Miss Mastermind screams and struggles. Then he pokes her feet with the pointed end of the rod, yet she still refuses to talk. So, he decides to just put an end to Miss Mastermind. He tells her that the building is wared to explode. He sets the remote timer for 5 minutes, hans the remote around Miss Mastermind's neck, and leaves her to suffer her fate.
