WELCOME 1st TIME TICKLEE, MISS FAYE! A mysterious woman (Slyyy) drops off a case in Detective Joe Jutsu's office. Before she can leave, she's accosted by another woman (Miss Faye), who is in turn K.Od by a third (Natasha Ty). Joe arrives on the scene, just in time to subdue and restrain all three of them!

Not sure why there are three shady-looking ladies in his office, as well as a case that he can't open, Joe needs answers. When no one wants to talk, the shoes come off and the tickling begins! Miss Faye, Slyyy and Natasha have a lot to answer for, but for the time being, cackling, shrieking, guffawing and pleas for mercy will have to do, as their nylon-clad feet are mercilessly tickled!

It's a toe-squirming scream-fest, as one by one, each tells bits of her story, but not quite enough to get out of tickle trouble! Six sexy, ticklish, pantyhosed soles flail and dance as Slyyy, Miss Faye and Natasha thrash violently in their bonds! Fortunately, for one of them, a sole-saving phone call comes, from an unexpected benefactor! But, who? More importantly, what's in the case?
