Nicole's hips are now pinned to the chair by the crotch rope. The Hunter grabs more rope and crosses her ankles over each other on the seat of the chair, close to her crotch. He ties Nicole's booted ankles tightly together and leaves her totally helpless strictly bound to the chair. Nicole pulls at the ropes but it is useless she can barely move now, there will be no escaping this time.
