Claire has had a few angry outbursts at work and after her latest one, her boss hired an anger management therapist to visit Claire in her home and ordered her to undergo whatever treatment he deemed necessary or she’d be out of a job. When the therapist arrives, Claire thinks she’ll be doing some yoga or meditation but he tells her they are going to try a new, experimental therapy. The next thing she knows, Claire finds herself bound (binding done offscreen) at the wrists, ankles, knees, and chest and asks how it’s supposed to help. The therapist comes in holding a stress ball and tells her their goal is to get all her anger to the surface and release it through struggling against the ropes and yelling. In order to make her a little angrier and reduce the noise she makes, he stuffs the stress ball into her mouth and keeps it there with a strip of tegaderm before leaving Claire to work out some of her anger.

After a bit of struggling, the therapist returns and removes her gag to see how she’s doing and her opinion of the therapy hasn’t improved. He says he thinks she needs to give it more time and that he’ll be putting another gag on her. He then tells her that while she was struggling, he’d gone through her room searching for items to gag her with that might draw even more anger out of her. Not wanting to lose her job, she reluctantly allows him to pack a pair of her panties and one of her no-show socks into her mouth and wrap 2-inch microfoam between her teeth. Not satisfied, he adds a turn of 3-inch microfoam as well as some red and blue electrical tape before leaving her to struggle and moan into her gag once more.

The therapist returns again a short time later to tie a thick cloth over her already heavy gag and hogtie her (binding done offscreen). Claire continues to struggle and work out her anger. The clip ends with the therapist telling her he thinks a few more hours are needed before the therapy is done and he can release her.
