I sit in the old warehouse waiting for petite blonde Roxie Rae. I manage a real estate firm and have been furious ever since the owner of the company sent his slutty step-niece Roxie to me to learn the business. Roxie is a spoiled brat who refuses to listen and does things her way. She dresses unprofessionally, flirts and dates the wealthy businessmen clients to makes sales. She is stealing sales from me and I decide to put an end to it. I lure Roxie to an abandoned listing with the promise of a big commission. Roxie shows up dressed in her usual slutty attire, spandex hot pants, skin tight top and stiletto heels. I scold the girl and critize her attire and attitude but as usual Roxie is flippant and condescending. I grab the younger woman and push her into an old wooden chair. Roxie is surprised and overpowered as I yank her arms behind the chair and wrap rope around her elbows. Roxie grunts in pain as her elbows are pulled together behind her back with the ropes.
