It's winter and temperatures are very low, so low that a pipe has frozen in Cali's house. She calls in a plumber, and while awaiting his arrival she is on the phone to an employee who has seriously messed up a presentation. When the door bell chimes, Cali hangs up and answers it. The plumber has arrived and she admits him, showing him the bathroom. Before she has time to explain exactly where the problem is located, her phone rings and the same employee takes up Cali's time. We hear Cali in the background chastising the hapless worker while we watch the plumber do something very unexpected - he pours a clear liquid from a vial onto a cloth, then steps out of the bathroom. Her call finally done, Cali steps into the bathroom to talk to the plumber, only to find the room empty. Moments later, the man is behind her, pressing the cloth over her nose and mouth. Cali sinks to the floor. The man drags her into the living room and ties her wrists ankles and thighs. As Cali starts to recover, she realizes what has been done to her and starts to rage and threaten. The plumber merely gags her and goes about his business. Cali spots her own cell phone on the table and works her way over to it to call for help. Unfortunately for her, the plumber re-enters the room before she can make the call. He takes away her phone and drags her up onto a chair, then sets about tying her up even more until she can hardly move.
