Doctor Megan Jones is called in for a consult. It seems one of the psychiatric wing's more troublesome patients is having delusions and Megan's colleague needs her help to handle things. What Megan doesn't know is that she is being set up. The "patient" in question believes she is a doctor and when Megan shows up, she finds herself immediately bound and gagged and subjected to Dr. Smith's Tape Gag Therapy! Now Megan has become the patient and she finds that once she is locked in a straitjacket and her mouth is taped shut, there truly is no escape!
