Scene 1:
A doctor and a nurse are talking about the new patient. The patient is seated in a wheelchair, wearing a straitjacket and slippers with socks. They talk about her podophobia case. The doctor says that her treatment will begin in a few moments.

The nurse approaches the patient, who says to the nurse "she doesn’t understand why she is doing in a mental hospital, wearing a straitjacket". Then, the nurse bare one of her foot and shows it to the patient, who gets hysterical. The nurse put her barefoot inside her shoe and says to the patient: "that is why you are here. But, we will take care of you. By the way, your session starts in a while, come on". The patient replies: "wait, where are you going to take me?". The nurse takes the patient, guiding her by the wheelchair.

Scene 2:

The patient is reluctant. When the doctor finishes his explanation about the details of therapy, the patient's eyes are blindfolded by the nurse, oil is applied to her feet. The time are set and the session is started.

After 10 minutes of tickling, the doctor says there will be a brief break. The doctor and the nurse go out the scene, leaving the poor patient waiting. The image slowly fade out. The end.
