Reporter Zoe is on the trail of a criminal gang, but gets captured...
 
Zoe is a reporter calling in - she's closing in on the criminals she's been chasing, but she's grabbed by one of the gang, and is soon tied up. Suspended by the wrists from the ceiling, Zoe is securely taped up, with a heavy wraparound gag keeping her quiet. She struggles gamely in her cute two-piece outfit and high heels, and eventually gets free.
 
Unfortunately for the plucky reporter, her hiding place is discovered and the bad guys recapture her. While they decide what to do with her, Zoe is bound to a chair, her arms tied behind her, legs lashed to the chair, a bit-gag in her mouth. As she struggles, her skirt rides up and her stocking tops and panties are exposed, and we get lots of nice shots as she shakes her head, strains against her bonds, and mmpphhs into the gag.
