第一个系带是用胸带（TK系带）完成的，这被认为是最简单的一个。阿尔巴决定用她那纤细的白色绳索。她先系好上半身（在屏幕上），然后系好劳拉的脚，然后系上她的系带！作为第一个插科打诨，阿尔巴用了一个漂亮的蓝色插科打趣，似乎是为劳拉做的！劳拉看起来很漂亮，她挣扎了一会儿。。。



在第二场比赛中，阿尔巴打了一个碰肘的平局。劳拉肌肉发达，所以这对她来说很困难，但她能很好地承受疼痛。阿尔巴把她绑在屏幕上，她把劳拉向后弯了很多，然后又加了一个大球。劳拉这样系领带看起来很惊艳！她挣扎了一段时间，弯曲了很多，她创造了美丽的形状。。。



最后一场比赛，阿尔巴和劳拉尝试了一个劳拉从未尝试过的痛苦的比赛，猪翅膀！阿尔巴再次将她绑在屏幕上，劳拉立刻意识到这条领带对她来说会很难！她的胳膊很快就紫了，当阿尔巴把她放进猪圈时，劳拉感觉到了挣扎。作为最后一个插科打诨，阿尔巴挑选了一张缩微胶卷，以一种非常性感的方式显示劳拉的嘴唇。。。



对劳拉来说，这场比赛无疑是最具挑战性的一场比赛，她几乎无法移动。。。几分钟后，阿尔巴回来给劳拉松绑。劳拉解开后，两个可爱的女孩谈论了这段经历，劳拉准备向金发女郎阿尔巴复仇。。。

The first hogtie is done with a chest harness (TK tie) which is considered to be the easiest one. Alba decides to use her thin white ropes. She first tie her upper body (on screen), she then ties Lara feet and then she puts her hogtie! As first gag Alba goes with a beautiful blue panel gag which seems to be done for Lara! Lara looks gorgeous and she is left struggling for a little while...

As second tie Alba does an elbow touching tie. Lara is very muscular so that is a difficult tie for her but she can handle the pain very well. Alba ties her on screen, she bends Lara back so much and she then adds a big ball gag. Lara looks amazing ties up like that! She struggles for a while, she bends so much and she creates beautiful shapes...

For the last tie Alba and Lara try a painful one that Lara never tried before, hogtie chicken wings! Alba ties her on screen again and straight away Lara realizes that this tie is going to be very difficult for her! Her arms get purple very soon and when Alba puts her in hogtie Lara feels the struggle. As the last gag Alba picks a piece of microfilm which shows in a very sexy way Lara lips print...

For Lara this tie is definitely the most challenging one and she barely can move... After few minutes Alba comes back and untie Lara. Once Lara is untie the two cute girls talk about the experience and Lara is ready to get her revenge on blondie Alba...

The last 12 minutes of the clip show the first tie Alba did on Lara from a different angle and without any cuts!
