I'm completely tied up in a pig position with a ball gag, lying on the bed in my brand new black and white Nike sneakers.

My arms were firmly tied behind my back, my ankles pulled up and bound, the rope holding me in a classic pig-tying position. My white socks and new Nikes were fully on display as my feet pointed upwards.
