Whitney and Rachel have been arrested for speeding and sent by the judge, for punishment in his special facility.

Roxy is a professional dom and her job is to punish all the people who have a lead foot in her district! The girls are hand cuffed, shackled, and punished in the following ways.

Soaking feet in ice cold water, clothes pins on their toes, foot tease by a shark metal object, hot candle wax on their soles, having to stand over a hot candle on their tip toes, whipping of their feet with a cane, and finally having to give a foot job to a dildo before Roxy decides their punishment is over.
