In this clip the girls are working at there bar when a detective comes in and chats with them after work. They ask to see his handcuffs and eventually want to see what it is like. He goes out to his car and brings in some more cuffs for them to play with.
In this last part the Detective connects the girls together with a chain and then gets a cal that his suspect has been spotted so he takes off leaving the girls still cuffed and shackled. They walk around trying to figure out how to get out of there cuffs. Later he does return and gives them a key to let themselves out.
