k9钢钩马具口球自缚 来绑一个k9的自缚，一个人就可以完成爬行hh，加上钢钩连接马具口球，趴下之后想起来那屁股就要遭罪咯，绑法也不是很难，就正常绑开腿缚（M腿绑到最后的时候尽量往鞋子上绕一圈再回来打结，这样绳子不会滑脱更牢固）然后把钢钩跟马具口球连接起来收紧，这样就不能低头了，口球上面打完结后留下一段2米左右的绳子，等会用来绑手，拿一根10米的绳子绑胸上下两道，然后背后打结，剩的绳子绕到身前来，绑胳膊，先绑一边，然后绕回去绑另一边打结，这样胳膊就不能伸直了，但是手腕还能动，所以就要用到刚才口球那边留的绳子了，把一个铜锁锁上，然后绳子从锁里穿过去，把锁放在后面脖子中间位置，然后绳子分别从两边胳膊绳子穿过去再次加固，然后剩的绳子做一个收紧圈，一只手穿过去拉紧，然后剩的绳子再次从锁里穿过去，一圈一圈绕在另一只手腕上，两只手都要绕，能摸到的松的绳子全分别绕在两只手腕上（这个很考验手腕的灵活度）然后就爬着找钥匙去叭~~玩的时候注意安全哦，最好留个剪刀~~ <span style='color:#b0b0b0;'>[隐藏文字，购买后可见]</span>
